    Mary L. Trump

    Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer

Mary is an American psychologist and the author of three books: the international bestseller Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World's Most Dangerous Man — which sold one million copies on its first day of publication — and the New York Times bestsellers The Reckoning and the memoir Who Could Ever Love You. She holds a PhD in clinical psychology and has taught graduate courses in developmental psychology, psychopathology, and trauma.

In 2017 she provided over 40,000 pages of documents to the New York Times, becoming a source for its 2018 Pulitzer Prize–winning investigation. Since her first book's publication, Mary has been a frequent guest on cable news shows, podcasts, and YouTube channels, using her appearances to analyze the psychopathologies of her uncle, Donald, and the state of American democracy.

She writes The Good in Us, a best-selling newsletter on Substack, and is the founder of Mary Trump Media. On these platforms, Mary has shown herself to be a passionate defender of democracy — deeply invested in wresting control of our country from its current corrupt, anti-American leaders and helping identify and support pro-democracy champions who understand what's at stake and have what it takes to meet this perilous moment in our history.

    Ronda J. Cress

    Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer

Ronda is an attorney who spent nearly 20 years dedicated to public service and civil rights, working in multiple state and federal government legal roles. She worked on disability rights at Ohio's Protection & Advocacy agency — focusing on healthcare, employment, restraint and seclusion, and the guardianship process — before serving as in-house counsel at Ohio's Department of Medicaid on eligibility, regulatory compliance, contracts, and litigation matters.

Ronda then moved to Washington, D.C., to serve in the Disability Rights Section of the Civil Rights Division at the U.S. Department of Justice. She was deeply honored to serve in the “crown jewel” of the DOJ, which played an historic and pivotal role toward the fulfillment of civil rights in our nation. Witnessing the deliberate dismantling of the DOJ — and the eradication of the Civil Rights Division's founding mission — fuels her resolve, along with numerous other former DOJ employees, to continue the work outside of government in creative and fortifying ways.

Ronda writes the Substack newsletter The Little Girl with the Big Voice, exploring how each of us can use our voice in this moment. A die-hard proponent of democracy, human rights, and the rule of law, she is committed to electing leaders at all levels who understand what's at stake and who have the courage and bold vision to transcend the current political landscape of chaos, division, corruption, and cruelty.
